Abstract (EN)

In this study, with the methods called Error Rate Estimation with Artificial Neural Networks and Probabilistic Line Balancing, Assembly Line Balancing has been done for the purpose of reducing the length of production period, preventing the coarseness and decreasing the mistakes which have been occured in Assembly Line Systems in interaction with each other. Error Rate Estimation give directions about which jeans models can be used with the improvement efforts to eliminate existing mistakes in place. In Assembly Line Equilibration, it has been aimed to re-stabilize the unbalanced line with the influence of post-forecasting process recovery. When the results are examined, a successful forecasting process has been carried out for two different five-pocket jeans models which has been selected and it has been seen that the work components of the probabilistic line balancing method enables it to be precisely assigned to work stations and gives reliable results.
