Abstract (EN)

Both the leaves and stem of the rosemary plant have been used for medicinal purposes for centuries. It has a rich content of vitamins A and C and minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, thiamine and riboflavin. At the same time, its effect on the chemical composition of roughage additives is observed. The aim of this project is to determine the effect of the rosemary plant used in ruminant animal nutrition on the feed value and production potential of silage. Dry matter, pH and organic matter determinations were made in the silage groups at the end of the 60th day of ensiling. At the end of the 60th day, all chemical analyzes were performed on the silage samples. Dry matter, crude ash, crude oil, crude fiber, ADF and NDF levels were determined.
