"Mufarrec Al-Kurub fî Ahbar Beni Eyyub" is a book that contains the history and the events of the Ayyubid state from its establishment to its collapse. The author of this book, Abu Abdullah Mohammed bin Salem bin Nasrullah El- Mazni El-Tamimi Al-Hamvi Al-Shafii- known as Ibn Vasil- mentions the sultans of the Ayyubid Dynasty and their virtues. Unlike the other books that only include the history of the Ayyubid state and its early years, this book contains a complete history of the Ayyubid state and its events. The book starts mentioning the lineage of the Ayyubid family: Necmeddin Ayyub and his brother Eseddüd Din Şirkuva, and concludes by mentioning the events of the year 661 AH.
