Abstract (EN)

Turkey Turkish and Azerbaijani Turkish, which are within the Western Turkish area, appear as two different written languages. This study will provide important data in terms of detecting the differences between two dialects within the same area and explaining the distinctions within Western Turkish itself. In order to detect these differences, the text transfers of Dede Korkut Oğuznames made by Muharrem Ergin and Şamil Cemşidov, which are examples of both written languages, were compared. The study consists of four main sections. After giving general information about Turkey Turkish and Azerbaijani Turkish in the first part of the study, Dede Korkut Oğuzname was discussed in the second part. In the third part, which is the main part of the study, the readings of the mentioned researchers on the basis of the text were examined from different frameworks under the headings "Reading Differences Due to Dialect Differences", "Reading Mistakes Detected in Readings", "Reading Preferences Due to Text Writing". In the fourth part of the study, examples of the headings mentioned in the third part in the entire text are listed in the table, and after the fourth part, the conclusion is discussed. Keywords: Dede Korkut Oğuznames, Muharrem Ergin, Şamil Cemşidov, Text Transfer, Azerbaijani Turkish, Turkey Turkish, Intertextual Comparison
