Muhibbî's Dîvân (2500 – 3000. ghazels) (Concordance and functional glossary)

One of the various studies carried out in order to be understood the texts in the tradition of divan literature better is the project named TEBDİZ (Contextual Index and Functional Dictionary of History and Literature Texts). With this study, it was aimed to make sense of texts by registered users according to the context, and to be able to understand and interpret the texts more easily with a large word pool to be created as a result. In this study, the work named "Muhibbî Dîvânı-All Poems" published by Kemal Yavuz and Orhan Yavuz was taken as a reference and 501 ghazals (2500 - 3000. Gazelles) belonging to Muhibbi were loaded into the TEBDİZ system and the words in these ghazals were made meaningful according to the context of the text. Other aspects were also consulted when needed. Afterwards, the text was indexed and various elements on divan were examined based on this index. In this way, Muhibbi's views on poetry, his view of the world, his ideas about social life elements, the use of classical types of divan poetry in his poems were revealed and supported with exemplary couplets.
