Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, free vibration and bending analysis of the nano-sized sector and annular sector plates was performed using discrete singular convolution method and nonlocal elasticity theory. The area with random octagonal geometry was converted to the region having regular octagon geometry by using an eight-point geometric transformation. The results obtained with the aid of nonlocal elasticity theory were examined and compared with the current results in the literature. Also, the validity of the approach and the accuracy of the present results were discussed in detail.
