Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the synthesis, characterization and biocompatibility tests of the drug delivery system which could enable the targeted treatment of lung cancer were aimed. Despite not being in healthy tissues, a peptide sequence was identified in which the matrix metalloproteinase-11 enzyme, one of the matrix metalloproteinases increasing in level in lung cancer, could be degraded. Pemetrexed and pazopanib which are chemotherapy drugs used for lung cancer were conjugated to the peptide structure. The resulting peptide-drug conjugates were conjugated to magnetic nanoparticles and these magnetic nanoconjugates were trapped in liposome-structured nanobubbles. Magnetic field and ultrasound sensitive nanotransfer system is thought to be able to be targeted to the tumor tissue by the locally applied magnetic field from the outside and then the carrier system will come out of the nanobubble and accumulate in that region by locally applied ultrasound. The main goal is to prepare a drug delivery system that increases the therapeutic index of the drugs, while reducing the side effects of healthy tissues, and does not cause immunologic induction, dual target and dual treatment possibilities. The obtained nanoconjugated nanobubble characterization studies and biocompatibility tests were performed.
