Evaluati̇on of li̇fe quali̇ty of the chi̇ldren who are followed with di̇agnose of chroni̇c ki̇dney di̇sease at nephrolagy cli̇ni̇c

This investigation has been planned to evalate the life quality of children between 8-12 years old, who has CKD and to determine the relationship with sacio-demagroplic variables.This investigation was conducted with 46 children aged between 8-12 years who applied to Gaziantep University Şahinbey Prectice and Rescarch Hospital on 19 April-17 October the information Form tor Children and Families and ÇİYKÖ 8-12 years old chid form were used in this investigation. The abtained data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 22.0 padcaged software. It was determined that 52.5 % of the children participating in the investigation are girls, the average age is 9.81±1.31 year, 58.7% of them live in country and 58.7% of them have health insurance ıt was observed that 73.9% of the children are continuing to dialysis therapy, 88.4% don't go to school regularly. The children's average age of the diagnose of CKD was found 7.47±2.37. In the study, ıt was found that ÇİYKÖ 8-12 years old child form physical functionality average scare is 49.18±16.51, emotional functionality average scare is 50.21±19.85, sacial functionality average scare is 55.76±16.49. In the study, ıt wasn't observed that there is statistically significant relationship among average point scares of ÇİYKÖ 8-12 years old child form and gender age BKI, age of diagnasing CKD, going into dialysis, time of going into dialysu, disruption of medication treatment, going to school, cantinuing to g oto school candiations (p>0.05). In the study, ıt was observed that thre is statistically signiticant relationship between scale total scare of ÇİYKÖ 8-12 years old child form and CKD diagnosis period (p>0.05). İn accordance with these results, ıt was concluded that the quality of life of chilren with a diagnosis of CKD is over one year was destrayed.
