Abstract (EN)

Understanding the Qur'an, which appeals to our lives and is included in all areas of our lives, and living its message is the most basic purpose of humanity, which is the addressee of this blessed book. "Do they not (never) think about the Qur'an (which they are reciting)? Or do they have locks on their hearts? (Is their hearts closed to thinking?)" verse orders not to read the Qur'an in a cursory manner without trying to reach the messages that are intended to be given, and to internalize the meaning in the verses by performing a deep contemplation and reflection on the verses. Various scientific disciplines have been formed as a result of the efforts to understand and comprehend the Almighty Qur'an, which was sent to guide humanity. One of the important scientific disciplines that emerged as a result of these studies is the branch of Qur'anic sciences. One of the most ancient and most controversial issues of this branch is the issue of naskh. The Qur'an, which is the subject of the branch of tafsir, has influenced disciplines such as fiqh, kalam and hadith. For this reason, various works have been compiled in these disciplines related to tafsir, fiqh and theological abrogation, but the problematic situation of abrogation has not been resolved, and it will continue to be an issue to be discussed as scientific studies continue. In order to understand the real messages of the meanings of the verses in the Qur'an, the issue of abrogation needs to be resolved. Undoubtedly, the Qur'an forms the basis of scientific disciplines. Ultimately, this situation plays an important role in understanding the Qur'an for the commentators. In the first part of our study, first of all, in order to understand what abrogation is, we examined in detail a lot of information about abrogation, such as the definition of abrogation, its history, conditions, the proofs of those who accept and do not accept abrogation, and the wisdoms of abrogation. In the second part, the main subject of our study, Mehmet Sait Şimşek and Mehmet Vehbi's recognition of abrogation, their approach to the verses that are shown as evidence for abrogation, their approaches to the verses considered abrogation, and finally, the approaches of these two valuable commentators on abrogation, are compared. We finalized our work with the conclusion section. Keywords: Scientific Studies, Quran, Nesih, Evidence.
