Abstract (EN)

The current study aims to Creation of a brand-new instrument to assess chemiluminescence intensity. A brand-new photosensor was employed as a light, and the new gadget has the advantages of great sensitivity, low cost, simplicity of design, and ease of usage. The experimental section consists of the design of a new instrument for Chemiluminescence and Bioluminescence by using the direct reaction between luminol and hydrogen peroxide and the determination of optimum conditions of the new device. The light intensity from the oxidation of Luminol was measured by using the Remote XY program installed in a mobile phone which gives data as a results analysis for chemical interaction. The linearity, detection limit (3σ×noise), and correlation coefficient were R = 0.9997. It was conducted experiments on 25 samples of Thalassemia patients with the device. The measurement results of the homemade device developed to measure iron in the blood of thalassemia patients were compared with those of the colorimetric Cromatest kit array. It was found that the results were almost similar.
