Rumours and value about guardion at marriage

The knowledgies about marriage guardianship have been issue in our studies. The hadiths about marriage guardianship with formal differences of them, we determined from Ebû Mûsa, Hz. Aişe, İbn Abbas, İbn Ömer, İmran b. Husayn, Abdullah b. Mesud, Ebû Hureyre, Ebû Ümâme, Cabir b. Abdillah, Semure b. Cündeb, Berâ b. Âzib and Hz. Ali. But some scholars in the past and at the moment object the reliance them in issue. This study has a small itroduction and two sections. In the first section was studied under given as the name ?general concept? , definitions of guardianship and its varieties, conditions and value.In the second section was studies knowledgies concerning this issue, what about on them, wich unit were examinetied on, who are massengers and what was the reflections in the fiqh. We tired to search text and meaning differences for all rumours and studied on a plan these changes. We get about the messengers and rumours of all hadiths of marriage guardianship and we have made some assesment about validity of them. With respect to opinions in early days about the hadiths were apear strong and Prophetic saying. Key Words
