Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of four parts. In the first chapter, which consists of the introduction, the historical process of the DEMATEL method, fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets, neutrosophic quadruple sets and the neutrosophic DEMATEL method is given. In the second chapter, which includes general information, the definitions of DEMATEL method, fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets, type of neutrosophic quadruple sets and neutrosophic DEMATEL method are given and their properties are reviewed. In the third chapter, which includes the studies carried out, the DEMATEL method based on neutrosophic quadruple sets was given and its algorithm was reviewed. While obtaining this new method, generalized set valued neutrosophic quadruple numbers were used instead of neutrosophic numbers in the neutrosophic DEMATEL method. Thus, the advantageous aspects of neutrosophic quadruple sets, which are a generalization of neutrosophic sets, were used in the DEMATEL method. In addition, in this section, an application example using the DEMATEL method based on neutrosophic quadruple sets was given in order to determine the effects of price, comfort and fuel criteria on each other in vehicle sales. Finally, in the fourth chapter, the results obtained in the thesis are given and suggestions for new studies are given.
