Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to study the achievement motivation of students its relationship with gender, department, program and level faculty members' perceptions of stressors, their relationship with gender, title, experience and department, and the relationship between the achievement motivations levels of students and the faculty members' perceptions of stressors. The ^research was done in 1440 freshmen and seniors 16 programs in 7 departments and 150 faculty members teaching them. The data was collected through The Achievement Motivation Scale and Faculty Members Work Stress Scale. Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, Frequency, Percentage, t - Test, Analysis of Variance and Scheffe Test were used to analyze the data. A relationship exists between the students achievement motivation and the faculty members' perceptions of work stressors in the subdimension desire to work. The students achievement motivation levels were discerned to vary significantly in terms of gender, department, program and level. The faculty members' perceptions of work stressors varied significantly in terms of gender, title and experience but not of departments. V
