Teachers investigation of the relationship between the organizational level of confidence levels and motivation

In this study, Teachers working in Bursa Nilüfer district, gender, organizational confidence and motivation levels, age, seniority are intended to show any differences according to a statistically significant level, school type and subject teachers and to determine whether there is a significant relationship between motivation with organizational trust levels or not. Data prepared in order to collect information for the purposes of research of the teachers who participated in the research collection tool consists of 3 parts. Teacher Personal Information Form has been created in order to collect information on demographics of theachers. This contains 5 questions. To determine the level of teachers Organizational Trust, Kamer (2001) by the Turkish version of 40 questions and subscale consists of 4 6-point Likert-type scale was used. Employee Sensitivity in organizations with the dimensions of the scale, the Trust of manager, Openness and Positive Media Innovations are measured. Scale reliability coefficient was found to be 0.96. To determine the motivation level of teachers , developed by Ural (2007) the Occupational Motivation Scale was used. Scale 23 questions and love the profession, calling, economic inadequacy of the profession, including restrictions and economic benefits of the profession consist of 5 sub-dimensions. This scale is 4-point Likert-type scale. Showing the reliability of the scale Cronbach Alpha value was determined to be 0.91. Independent Group T test was performed to determine Organizational Trust Scale and Career Motivation Scale from the total points received and dimensions according to the gender of the teacher scores whether it differs or not, Kruskal-Wallis H-Test Analysis was performed to determine according to their age, their seniority, the type of school and branches, Mann Whitney U-Test was performed to determine in which groups whether there are significant differences or not. The relationship between the total score of the scale, Organizational Trust Total Score and Career Motivation Scale Total Score and subscale scores were examined by applying the Pearson Product Moment Analysis. The results of the research were determined that , teachers according to age and seniority of the organizational level, teachers differ according to gender and seniority level of professional motivation; Gender on the organizational trust level of teachers; type of school and worked as a teacher of the branches has no impact on organizational trust level and professional level of motivation; Teachers' confidence in the organizational and professional motivation level have been determined to be a significant positive relationship.
