School based management system wiews of teachers

Although have been searched related decentralization in education and self based management, transfering authority, revolving authority and in these contexts, the basic texture of schools was produced education, on the schools? structures ,goals, processes, and including operation, climates, and the framework of role of social,economic, politic, indivutual with delivering educational activety by teachers, therefore the views teacher is important. The aim of this research was to describe the vievs of teachers about of school based management system and that same time , to present more basical and more systematical approach to complicated wiew of school based managemet literatures.Therefore, survey model was used and.in order to describe differentiation and distribution of the view of teachers was used both between group and within group research models.The sample of research is consist of 200 elementery school teachers that was selected randomly in side of European of İstanbul in 2007- 2008. İn order to data was used the questinairy that was developed by Aytaç (2000) and including 77 item.On light of findings it was found that is the view of teachers to participation school based managemet was high level.Hence as a employee of teachers between gruop was found that is according to the kind of finances and getting the numbers of awards , frecuancy of uses internet and follows the professional publication was found differentiations and was not found differentiations according to gender, seniority,changing school numbers,and branch which is adaptable according to the studenst age gruops. On the side it was found differentiation within groups according to the ages and level of graduations.After this conclusion was proposed special suggestion regarding to school finances and awards systems.
