Investigation of the relationship between the perceptions of the learning school and the teamwork of the administrators and teachers working in pre-school education institutions

In this study, it is aimed to examine the perceptions of teachers and administrators in pre-school education institutions regarding learning school and teamwork and to examine the differences according to the demographic characteristics of these perceptions. In accordance with this purpose, administrators and teacher's perceptions of learning school and teamwork was analyzed and interpreted through the relationship between learning school and teamwork perceptions, whether it differs according to demographic variables. Relational screening model was used in the research. The work group of the research consists of teachers and administrators in independent kindergartens in Istanbul. The Learning School and Team Perception Scales were used in the research. Data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and IBM SPSS Amos programs where as independent sample test and one-way analysis of variance were also used in the research. According to the results of the research, it was determined that administrators and teachers have high perceptions of learning schools and teams. It was determined that administrators and teachers did not differ according to age, marital status and professional seniority in the sub-dimensions of learning school perceptions and it has been determined that the Mental Models sub-dimension differs according to gender and education. It has also been determined that there was a difference in the length of service of administrators and teachers in the scale of Learning School Perceptions and in the Shared Vision sub-dimension.It was observed that the sub-dimensions of team perception of administrators and teachers did not differ according to age, gender, education and professional seniority, on the other hand it was observed that marital status caused a difference in the Team Perception Scale Interaction and Solidarity sub-dimension. It is observed that according to the length of service of the administrators and teachers, there was a difference in the overall and sub-dimensions of the Team Perceptions scale. According to the job at the school, the team perception of the administrators is higher in the sub-dimensions of commitment and cooperation, development and job satisfaction and in general; Similarly, it was seen that the perception of the learning school of the administrators was higher in the Mental Models and Personal Dominance sub-dimensions. Within the scope of the study, it was concluded that there is a positive medium level relationship in the correlation analysis of the relationship between the perception of the learning school and the team of the teachers and administrators.
