Abstract (EN)

In this research, the objective is to analyse the views of school administrators, pre-school teachers and student guardions who are the education components related to the finance of pre-school institutions. The qualititative method is used in the research. The study group of the research is constituted by the education members who are in charge at the private and state pre-schools and the primary schools that involve pre-school education in the central districts of Niğde provience in 2021-2022 academic year. The study group which is determined by teleological method involves 9 school administrators, 9 teachers and 10 student guardions from 2 private pre-schools, 3 state pre-schools and 3 primary schools that have pre-school education. The instutitions that utilize the maximum and minimum dues derived from pre-school education dues and the socio-spatial environment the instutitions are in have been the primary effects while determining the institutitions. In the research, personal info form and semi-structred interview method which is prepared for administrators, teachers and student guardions are used to analyze the data. According to the results, the difference in pre-school education dues causes discrimination, influences the qualityof training services and makes way for inequality in education. However, it is deduced that the inequality caused by including the different quantity of finances defined as maximum and minimum dues in the education services provided under favour of public finance is condoned by the education members due to the same fact that the ones who demand the service reserve different shares.
