The problems and suggestions for solution which principals encounter with superior outhorities in countryside and central governances of Ministry of Education (Gaziantep example)

As a consepvence of scientific and educational improvements, it is compulsony for our education system to renew itself and keep up with the modern approach. Hence, it is recessary for all principals from schools which are the smallest units of our education system to ministry chair to improve themselves and keep up with the latest advancements. Thanks to the support superior outhorities provide, working in collabrative approach and effective communication, it will be simplier for principals to transform the school he/she works for to modernistic standarts and increase the school success, raise responsible generations. The extent of the study is comprised of principals working in primary, secondary and high schools of Ministry of education which are located in Şahinbey, Şehitkamil and Araban districts in Gaziantep in 2015-2016. The form of half- structured interview has been applied to 50 principals in these districts. The form of half-structured interview has been applied as a data collection tool. The findings has been acquired by being used the content analyzing which is one of the qualitative methods of analyzing during the process of analyzing the collected data. To resolve the disconnections between rural and urban organizations, there sholud be adaquate and experted directors at the urban organizations. To present more effective managament, the school administrators shold be educated regularly in the field of the management. It is also must that to stop the favoritism understanding, more efficient directors should be in charge.
