The relationship between bureaucracy in school management and teachers' attitude towards school

This research aims to determine whether there is a significant relationshipbetween the bureaucracy in school management and teachers attitude towards school,and to make suggestions to improve school management and teacher?s attitudetowards school in line with findings of the research.The ideas of teachers working at the primary schools in the Buca were madeuse of in this general survey-type research 374 primary school teachers participatedin the research. ?Attitude towards school Scale? and ?The Scale for the Bureaucracy?were employed to collect the data. The attitudes towards school were determinedthrough ?Attitude towards School? and the ideas of teachers about bureaucracy inschool management were determined through ?The Scale for the Bureaucracy?.The results of research are summarized below:1. The teachers? attitudes towards school are at the ?disagree? level,2. The teachers? attitudes towards school are shown a significant difference interms of seniority and branches, but not in terms of the other variables,3. The ideas of teachers about bureaucracy in their schools are at the ?disagree?level.4. The ideas of teachers about bureaucracy in school management are shown asignificant difference in terms the period with they have worked their schools, butnot in terms of the other variables.5. The schools of which teachers join the research are 34% low, 32% mediumand 33% high in term of bureaucratic level.6. The teachers? attitudes towards school are shown a significant difference interms of bureaucracy..7. There is a significant positive relationship between teachers? attitudes towardsschool and their ideas about bureaucracy in school management.
