Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to research risk factors and mortality rates for patients with operated subarachnoid haemorrhage in Diyarbakır city and emphasize importance of Fisher,WFNS and Glasgow coma scores in management of these patients. 105 Patients who had surgery between 1 January 2011 - 31 july 2016, because of aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage,at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine Department of Neurosurgery, were retrospectively evaluated. Examining patient files;neurological examiantion and detailed history , laboratory tests, imaging modalities, gender,age, hypertension, diabetes, Glasgow coma score at admission, aneurysm location, number of aneurysms, existence of blood in the ventricles, existence of blood in the perimesencephalic sisterns,intracerebral haemorrhagee, existence of hydrocephalus, infection , epileptic seizures, electrolyte disturbances and mortality values were recorded and analysed statistically.
