Abstract (EN)

This study presents a new nonlinear control system for interferometry with adaptive sliding mode controller. The approach based on this method can fully compensate for the non-linear behavior of the interferometer compared to the linear control system without the need for a reset circuit. It also has the advantages of high accuracy, low cost and ease of application even in noisy environments. The spherical asymptotic stability of the system has been demonstrated by a deep stability analysis. Indicates that the non-linear controller can hold the interferometer at quadruple point for random signals, sinusoidal signals or zero input signals, even in high-noise environments. To characterize the piezoelectric actuator, we have observed that displacements smaller than half a wavelength are suitable for the system. It enables the use of interferometers with high durability by taking part in the system in heavy working environments such as factory. This method has a higher dynamic range, resolution and can measure time delay and work with optional time signals. It also improves the methods of temporal demodulation, which improves the accuracy of small amplitude signals, preserves the quadratic condition (maximum sensitivity point) and therefore eliminates the effect of signal fading even under strong external disturbances such as temperature changes and airflow.
