The effects of the Law no. 6360 on the structuring of Ordu metropolitan: The example of Kabaduz county

The subject of this Study; in the province of Ordu, which won the metropolitan status with the Law No. 6360; is to examine the changes in districts with the metropolitan structuring, to examine whether the law contributes to the increase of efficiency and efficiency in the provision of local services, and to develop solution proposals. As a result of this aim, besides the administrative, political and financial effects of the law, the effects of the law on service delivery and urban structure were investigated in Kabadüz District of Ordu province. In this study which involves qualitative data collection techniques, secondary sources and document analysis method have been used. In preparation of the thesis and the analysis of the Law No 6360, it‟s been attempted to benefit significantly from academic studies to date through scanning of the written sources and literature search. The main problem in this study which was conducted with descriptive method research is how the Law No 6360 affected local service activity.
