Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of biostimulants in organic strawberry seedling cultivation were investigated. 'Rubygem' strawberry variety, different fertilizers (Botanica and Spirulina),and N-P-K binding bacteria coded SY-55, SK-63and SY-48were used as materials. The economic analysis of the experiment was made by examining the number of runners and thickness, number of branches in the runners, number of plants and leaf area in daughter plants, and the number of roots, dry matter in root and stem, leaf area, root and stem thickness in fresh potted plant. According to the results of the research, the number of runners obtained from the mother plant, the number of roots in fresh potted plants, the amount of dry matter in the root and the number of leaves were not statistically affected by bacteria and fertilizer applications. In daughter plants obtained from mother plants, the best results were achieved with SP1 + B, G + B, SP1 + G and SP2 + G + B applications for runner thickness (1.16 ± 0.19 mm; 1.12 ± 0.18 mm; 1.07 ± 0.17mm; 1.04 ± 0.06 mm, respectively), G + B application for the number of daughter plants (9.22 ± 1.01 plant), and SP1 + B application for leaf area (37.38 ± 3.77 cm2). In fresh runners rooted in pots, G application for root and stem thickness (1.03 ± 0.02 and 6.27 ± 0.23 mm, respectively), SP2 + G + B and SP1 + G + B applications for the amount of dry matter in the stem (19.59±0.49 and 19.06 ± 1.40 %, respectively), SP1+G+B application for the widest leaf area (25.69 ± 1.53 cm2) had the highest values. In terms of seedling qualities, the highest number of extra seedlings were obtained from SP1 + B and SP2 + G + B applications (13.95 ± 3.08 and 13.35 ± 3.58%, respectively), first quality seedlings from SP1 + B application (18.60 ± 1.98%), and scrap seedlings from SP1 + G application (68.00 ± 10.15%) According to the economic analysis results, G application had a positive effect on the seedling quality and was determined to be applicable.
