Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of organic and mineral fertilizer applications on yield and some soil microbial activities in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) grown as the main crop in Reyhanlı district of Hatay province. The study was carried out in three replicates in 2019-2020 according to the split plot trial design in randomized blocks. Varieties (Madeleine-Ç1, Melody-Ç2) in the main plots, fertilizer applications (mineral fertilizer (MG1; MG2), farm manure (AG1; AG2), worm manure (SG1; SG2), Compound organic (AG1; SG1) in the sub plots. and organo-mineral (MG/2AG1; MG/2SG1)). Tuber yield, soil respiration (CO2 production), dehydrogenase enzyme activity (DHA) and microbial biomass carbon (MBC) contents, soil reactions (pH, EC) and tuber period plant nutrient uptake were determined in the study. According to the results of the research, the highest yield values were obtained as 5728.57 kg da-1 from organomineral fertilizer application (MG/2)AG1) in Madeleine variety. The highest CO2 activity was determined as 21.42 μg gkt-1 from AG2 application in Madeleine variety in 2019. The highest DHA value was obtained from Melody variety as 586.53 μg TPF gkt-1 from AG2 application in 2019. While the highest MBC value 413.59 μg gkt-1 were determined in AG2 application in the highest Melody variety. The results showed that, MG/2+AG1 application, one of the organomineral fertilizers, is the most suitable organomineral fertilizer mixture in terms of increasing microbial activities, yield and economy. Key Words: Vermicompost, Farm Manure, Soil Microbial Activity, Potato
