Abstract (EN)

In the agricultural and the food sector, the term organic means the agricultural production and product processing system whose processes are certified by notified control and certification organizations and which is practiced in line with specific standards. The organic agriculture system is defined as the agricultural production type utilizing completely natural methods in which no chemicals are used in all of the phases from production to consumption and also whose value chain's all stages are subjected to filter of controls regularly. The globalization process, changing conditions of the world, technological advancements cause change also besides the increase in the world trade volume. The winds of change occurring in the world trade forms the basis for rise of new products. The newly arising product play an important role on the consumer preferences.In this context, the role of the markets in the commercialization of organic food products are analyzed in this study. The aim of the study is to present the role of the markets in commercialization of the organic agriculture product and the consumer tendencies. As the method of implementation, a comprehensive literature survey and a questionnaire work in Kozzy shopping center were performed.
