Conflict management in organizations and a research

Conflict is a concept which contains all moving and living organisms and expresses the disagreement between them.For it has a large area, conflicts have been the subject of many sciences such as psychology, sociology, social psychology, political sciences etc_Business enterprises are organizations which are established for special goals. People exist together in these organizations. While they exist, some conflicts that results from personal differences can take place. Values, experiences, expectations etc... Many things can be the reason of a conflict.This study consists of three parts. The first part contains the definition of conflict as a concept and relations between conflict and the other concepts, the varieties of conflict, the reasons of conflict. The second part is related to conflict management. In the third part, a research related to the subject is made and conflict management strategies are analyzed.Key Words: Conflict, Conflict Management, Conflict Handling Strategies
