Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT: The aim of the thesis is to determine the effect of on organizational culture (OC) on career satisfaction (CSAT) by an empirical method. Organizational culture is classified as bureaucratic, innovative and supportive, and turnover intention (TI) of personnel and relationship of job performance (JP) with organizational culture are analyzed. Data was collected from hotels of North Cyprus (TRNC). Results of the study provide important findings for managers to maintain durability and performance of employees.
