In theory, organizational culture could affect the degree of work satisfaction among employees. Job satisfaction is significant because it can impact an organization's overall success. That is because the employees are the key factor in the organization's success. Iraqi organizations, especially hospitals, have cultural diversity, which is one of the challenges facing them. They work hard to achieve a high level of their employees' job satisfaction. This study tests the effect of organizational culture on employees' job satisfaction in a group of Iraqi hospitals. The study is applied to three of the main hospitals in Iraq that have more than 3000 employees. This study's data was gathered via a short survey. The population size was 750 workers. The total number of participants for this study was 283. The findings of this study revealed that organizational culture factors have a favorable and substantial influence on the majority of job satisfaction aspects. According to the findings, organizational culture might have a considerable impact on employee satisfaction in Iraqi hospitals.
