Abstract (EN)

This study includes the assessment of organized industrial zones which are priority regions for development in terms of business logistics management. Within this context, logistics functions including customer service management, demand forecasting, order processing, stock management, materials handling, packaging, facility location decisions, purchasing, reverse logistics, transport management and warehousing are examined from the point of business logistics perspective in order to explain the impacts of organized industrial zones on business logistics processes. Therewithal, this study is the first study in the Tire Organized Industrial Zone and it is important in terms of being first study.
