Abstract (EN)

In the current century, while political democracy is considered as acceptable and as a humane management pattern in administration of countries, democracy perception in the management of organizations has increasingly gained importance and a fast growing trend has begun towards the democratic management. This happens with management applications, increases the loyalty of employee towards organizational culture and so, it provides that they see themselves as a part of the organization. Conflicts decrease among the employee who feel they belong to the organization, motivation and productivity increases.This study has analyses at which level the effect of participative management applications in general on culture of organization. In the first part of the study, organization culture fact has been examined theoretically in details.Participative management which is a modern management approach and application technics has been examined theoretically in details in the second part of the study.And in the third part, the effects of participative management carried out in businesses to organizational culture have been examined.In the fourth part, organization culture and participative organization issues examined theoretically have been explicated by obtaining the analyse data of research aimed at how and how much hospital staff perceive them and to what extent they have been practiced in work environment.Key Words: Organizational Culture, Participative Management
