The influence of organizational culture in organizations knowledge management practices: The example of the municipality of Adıyaman

This study of employees and organizational culture in the municipality of adiyaman province to examine the mutual interaction of knowledge management, organizational culture on knowledge management processes and practices was conducted to determine the positive and negative effects. Cross-sectional, descriptive type 22/06/2016 the scope of the study-consists of employees of Adiyaman in the municipality of between the dates 30/09/2016. The universe sample was taken and all were achieved. However, it has reached 258 people, and therefore in the study, the participation rate increased from 38.7 research data and socio-demographic variables and management practices on the scale of organizational culture consists of the scale. According to the findings, the knowledge management processes in the municipality of Adiyaman have been shown to affect each other. Where significant differences are seen working with a position information management practices have been identified. Also knowledge management processes and organizational culture it has been found that there is a strong relationship moderate positive. In our research the employees of the municipality of adiyaman, as a result of the analyses and evaluations of management practices they use, and it is observed that the information management processes they create.
