Analysis of effects over competition of applications of based information in organisations to provide the knowlewdge

11 ABSTRACT Since 1950' s, there has been lived rapid technological changes and developments in the world. In particular, on these days development and change that is seen in information technology has caused new searches in business word in addition to affecting everyside of our life. For this reason the importance of knowledge and education have been increasing recently, for organisations. Today organisations have been trying for competative advantage with using of communication information technologies and applying of e-learning. At the general meaning e-learning is an education form that is achieved in electronic environment. This education form relies on using electronic communication and information technology. E-learning in organisational meanings, is learning of workers who require information, in electronical environment work time and production when they want and where they want after obtaining. However, if learning organisations which can develop themselves without stopping which can learn are organisation. Knowledge, education and learning are the most important property of learning organisations. Especiaally organisations which want to catch advantage always facilitate workers develop themselves by means of learning and for ensuring this they have been making more investment. In this way, the organisations which can learn and develop continual is able to increase their competition ability in global competition environments. Because, while this type practise cause to decrease of their costs and organisations use more good the time component. In this study competition advantage of e-learning basic information and learning organisation model for organisation will be examined.
