Correlation analysis result were switched to regression analysis and the hypotheses of the research were tested with regression analysis. As a result of the regression analysis, it had been determined that negative panopticon responsibility has a significant and positive effect on cyberloafing. Employees have reached the conclusion that when they feel that they are being observed from the outside, they are disturbed and this leads them to cyberloafing. Pozitive panopticon responsibility has a significant and negative effect on cyberloafing. When the relationship between the second dependent variable, job commitment and panopticon, was analysed, it was found that positive panopticon had a significant and positive effect on job commitment. It shows that as the positive panopticon perceptions of employees increase, their level of job commitment also increases. A significant and negative relationship was found between negative panopticon and work engagement. Employees have reached the conclusion that when they feel that they are being observed from the outside, they are disturbed and this leads them to reduces levels of work engagement. There is a significant and positive relationship between awareness of being watched and work engagement.
