Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of organizational agility and team member goal orientation on team effectiveness. The sample of the research consists of 439 personnel working in the automotive sector. According to the results of the regression analysis; It has been determined that organizational agility has a significant and positive effect on team effectiveness. Similarly, it was determined that proactivity, radicalism and cohesion, which are sub-dimensions of organizational agility, have a significant and positive effect on team effectiveness. However, it was determined that responding, one of the sub-dimensions of organizational agility, did not have a statistically significant effect on team effectiveness. On the other hand, it was determined that team member goal orientation had a significant and positive effect on team effectiveness. Similarly, efficacy goal and performance anxiety, which are sub-dimensions of team member goal orientation, were found to have a significant and positive effect on team effectiveness. However, it has been determined that performance goal and competence anxiety, which are sub-dimensions of team member goal orientation, do not have a statistically significant effect on team effectiveness.
