Abstract (EN)
Conflict, has been known as the most significant thought (except god and love) that whichhuman being is busy with. Conflict has a great importance in organizations that are formed byhuman. Human, who forms organizations are always in social existences. It?s not easy forhuman to be ?as one? (homogeneous) in term of; personality, perception, idea, value,need,and goal as they show a wide range of variation. But there has been a deal in order toforce human to be ?as one?. This deal can be defined as regulator that regulates formal andsocial relationships which is important in human life. This deal brings a law which forceshuman to obey some conditions. Also it?s known that these disagreements of human, causesconflicts and effects organizations process in a period of time.Conflict, which is a significant element of organizations phenomenon has been a populartopic to investigate for scientists. In this study it has been investigate; organizationalconflicts, solving methods of organizational conflict and different cases of conflicts anddifferent solutions which are performed by managers. In the first chapter of this study it hasbeen given a brief about organizational conflict. Then, defining the term ?conflict? by it?s allmeans, it has been investigated the causes of conflict. Finally, it has been investigated howconflict aries to our life as a matter of time. It has been classified the literature on this subject(conflict as a matter of time) according to it?s different aspects which are defined byscientists. In the last part of the first chapter, it has been investigated the conflict?sorganizational analysis by all means of it?s importance in organization.?Organizational conflict management? and ?resolving of organizational conflict? aredifferent terms. Organizational conflict management is term which involves resolving oforganizational conflict. In the first part of second chapter of the study, it has been investigatedorganizational conflict management and main methods of organizational conflictmanagement. In the second part of second chapter different methods of organiztional conflictmanagement have been investigated which are used by different scientists. Methods used in?organizational conflict management? has a great importance by means of continuity andproductivity. So, a managers has to decide if conflict is functional or not in order to find thecorrect method of ?organzational conflict management?.Today in business world, it has been concluded that management is not a job for only men.Women have brought a different action to business world with their understanding ofmanagement as a function. Also, women have different methods that are used to constructorganization culture. Nowadays that these topics are getting more popular among scientistswere understanded. In the third chapter of study, it has been analysed the main differences inmethods between men and women managers.In the last chapter of study; it has been analysed, both similarities and differences in theconflict management strategies of men and women, using the data which is collected from ourobservation area.
