Abstract (EN)
In the age of transition to the information society, it is very important for the teaching staff to be in constant change and development in order to maintain their existence and activities and to be successful and have a say in their field. With our research on the relationship between organizational change and stress management, in the competitive environment between the universities and the teaching staff, the reason why the instructors perceived the change as positive and the positive and negative consequences of the stress on the instructors as a result of this change were determined by the instructors working in Balıkesir University Çağış Campus. requested. In this study, research data were obtained through questionnaire. Three different scales were used to evaluate the data. When the information obtained from the scales were evaluated, it was found that there was a negative but significant relationship between organizational change and stress management. Data collected after face-to-face interviews were analyzed in SPSS program and evaluated for use in the study.
