Abstract (EN)
Organization, employee and performance issues, on which many researchers have been made for decades, have been re-evaluated within the conditions of each period. For this reason, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by presenting different methods for the solution of the problems identified with this study, in which the effect of organizational support perception on employee performance is investigated. As the data set for the study, the personnel working in the accommodation enterprises operating in the provinces of Balıkesir, Çanakkale and Muğla were selected by convenience sampling method and face-to-face survey method was applied. 653 questionnaires returned and accepted from the distributed questionnaires were used as data set in the analysis. Relationship and effect analyzes between variables were performed for leading hypotheses. On the other hand, confirmatory factor analysis was applied to test the variables together in the model. Regulatory and mediator effect analyzes were performed using the SPSS AMOS statistical system. According to the results of the analysis, there is a moderate relationship between the variables. In the t-test results of demographic data, there is no difference in terms of gender, marital status, position, department and age, while there is a difference in terms of education level and length of service. There is a positive effect between the perception of organizational support and employee performance, personnel empowerment and job satisfaction, while personnel empowerment and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance. According to another analysis, the effect of organizational support perception on employee performance was found to be a mediator and serial mediator for employee empowerment and job satisfaction, but a moderator role could not be determined. The fact that this study is the first in which the mediation and regulatory effects of these four variables are investigated is important in terms of its contribution to the literature.
