Prof. Dr. Mehmet AYTEKİNNovember 2006, 76 pagesThe concept of organizational trust and organizational justice play an important role in obtainingorganizational productivity by improving the motivation and performance levels of employees,constructing organizational commitment, and sharing organizational goals. In this study;organizational trust, trust for employer and the effect of organizational justice on employees inbanking sector has been investigated. For this purpose, data obtained fom private banks which arestiuated on Gaziantep is analyzed using statistical techniques.Key Words: Oraganizational trust, Justice, Performance, Trust for employer, Banking system.
