Abstract (EN)

Competitive conditions have revealed that organizations in many sectors have to keep up with the changing conditions in the market to survive. Organizations working with change and innovation focus have started to care about the psychological perceptions of their employees with the concern of productivity, thus many concepts in the field of management sciences have gained importance. Organizational cynicism and cyberloafing are among these concepts. In the literature review on the subject, it is seen that there are few studies on the relationship between Organizational Cynicism and Cyberloafing Behaviors. The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between organizational cynicism levels and cyberloafing behaviors of banking sector employees. The organizational cynicism scale developed by Brandes, Dharwadkar and Dean (1999) and the cyberloafing behaviors scale developed by Blanchard and Henle (2008) were used to collect data from 160 bank employees. This study was carried out according to the relational screening model, which is accepted as one of the quantitative research types. Data were collected through Organizational Cynicism and Cyberloafing Behaviors scales and tested by t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analyzes.
