Examination of organizational stres resourcers in connection with public relations.

Todays Developed Industrialised Societies, other than the past times, cause much more stress. The recent velocity, activeness, change, competition and race milieu in the todays business life makes the encountering of the people who work in this milieu with the stress inevitable. While one part of the people in the business life bring to a successful conclusion, the other part cannot make right, fast and appropriate decisions and cannot be succesful in this complex structure of the business life. Besides the certain personal reasons, the main reasons of this lack of success are the stress and the problems caused by stress. The fast changes seen in the business life in the recent years, innovations results from the new technology, aumation, working in shift....cause most of the persons from the top degress to the lower degress to be confronted with the stress. This study is made in order to conribute to the possible evaluations aim at taking stress under control and reducing its negative effects. It was observed that the stress affects the employees from four diffrent prfofession branch and four different establishment which participated to the study. By this study, it is dwelled on the definition, sources, effects and prevention method of the stress and espacially organizational stress and by the research which was made it is tried to detect the reasons of stress in different profession branches and institutions.
