The organizational stress and performance relationship (An application)

Organizations are established to realize their goals. They aim to submit the best product and services to the people. Quality of the products and services are mainly related with the quality of persons who work for the organizations. Quality is begin with people. Person is the main source in every organization and every society. Organizations have many responsibilities such as to recruit the best personnel, to educate, to get benefit from their capabilities, creativeness and works, to increase their performances by giving suitable working conditions, to satisfy them with their job, to make them possible for advancing etc. In rapidly developing and changing technological era and in hard competitive environment, organizations must invest in persons to survive in such conditions and to reach their goals. The health of the organizations in their operations are directly related with the health of their workers. But, a virus hundreds years old, experienced with variable shapes and called with different names, but, with invariable meaning and effects threatens both health of human beings and organizations as well. We call it as stress. The common point of the studies made about stress is to find the good and useful aspects of stress and to get benefit.
