Abstract (EN)
In this study of thesis, it is aimed to examine the aggressive behaviours of secondary school students according to some variables.The field of this research consists of the students who have attended various secondary schools in Basaksehir district of province of İstanbul and the samples of this research consists of 650 students who are 273 girls and 377 boys selected by the method of random selection from these schools. The survey is used as a data collection tool in this research.The survey consists of two parts.In the first part,some questions are asked to the students to diagnose their personal features and in the second part, the scale of aggression is used. The scale of aggression of which orignial was developed by Buss and Perry (1992) was adapted into Turkish and validity and reliability were done by Can (2002) and Cronbach's alpha value was found as 915.The scale consists of 5 sub-components which are physical aggression, verbal aggression,anger hostility,indirect aggression As a result of the research,it is found that there is a significant difference between the gender variable and indirect aggression size and there is a significant difference between percevied success and physical aggression size,and there is a significant difference between percevied success and anger size and there is a significant difference between economic status variable and verbal aggression size and there is a significant difference between perceived economic status and hostility.
