The usage skills of information technologies and software in other lessons by the secondary level pupils

The main aim of this research is to observe and specify the pupils if they could use the knowledge of information technologies and software during the other lessons .Research is formed of five sections ; introduction , literature, method ,findings and results , discussion and suggestions.The pupils of 6th degree in secondary schools in Kadıköy & Üsküdar zone in Istanbul were chosen to do this research by scanning method in 2013/2014 academic year.The research sample is also done in Kadıköy & Üsküdar zone in Istanbul on 346 6th degree in secondary school pupils chosen by simple random sampling method .The questionnaire was used as data collection tool. The survey consists of two parts In the first part students are inquired by 5 questions containing demographic information. In the second part there are 34 questions of Information Technology and Software skills ,students have learned during lessons . In the research it is tried to examine the pupils if they could use the knowledge of information technologies and software during the other lessons ,gender , the type of the school , if the parents are educated or not (educational status) , the duration of the computer usage , the purpose of the computer usage , differences according to the varieties Survey data is interpreted by frequency , % ( percent), t- test , ANOVA ( analysis of variance Simplex ) and multiple comparisons to determine the differences between the groups in the study (post-hoc) test.
