Ortaokul yöneticilerinin girişimcilik yeterlilik düzeyleri

This research goal is to discover entrepreneurship sufficiency scale of school master's based on application in schools. In this aim, It is considered that we apply ideas of teachers who knows deeply the entrepreneurship process of school managers. Welt is called institutional entrepreneursip or intrapreneurship so called generally used in organization. Intrapreneurship is called making productive organization and developing intrapreneurs persons. For this reason goverment educational organizations has implied the intrapreneurship. In this research, the dimentions of entrepreneurship is innovation, risk taking, proactiveness, autonomy, selfrenewal or strategic renewal and competetive agresiveness is considered and this frame school manager' s intrapreneurship scale is maintained. In addition, secondary school managers personal propertil (gender, branch, age, management experience, educational backgrund) and the schools (where they vote the number of students and teachers) have some properties if differ from others is the subject of our research.
