Abstract (EN)

Employees, working day in and day out under rapidly changing conditions, are the largest and most fundamental building block of the organizations in which they work. At this point, the department involved in the process HR, seeks to ensure both the well-being and continuity of the organization by identifying employee candidates who best fit the vision and mission of the organization. The stage where an employee's effectiveness for the organization is evident after he or she has adapted to the organization from the first moment, is happy, and carries the same energy into his or her own life is mutually beneficial. Because onboarding occurs at this time, the employee has the opportunity to become familiar with the culture of the company and feel the pulse of the environment to which they belong. Although the nature of the process varies from company to company, the goal is to begin with organizational training at the company and enter a phase that covers the entire period from the employee's first day at the company to his or her last. This phase, which includes orientation training and adaptation, also means a time when the employee has the opportunity to question himself based on his decisions. The purpose of the study titled "The Relationship Between Orientation Process and Intention to Quit: A Study on Corporate Companies" is to provide information by examining the relationship between a good orientation phase of the employee and the intention to leave the workplace by helping to clarify the concept of orientation training, which is one of the main priorities of the Human Resources Department. Specifically for the research in this study, a wide communication network was created through a popular job search application and prepared questions were asked to individuals from different industries with at least five years of work experience. The aim was to determine if the intention to leave the job was observed through questions about the quality of induction.
