Abstract (EN)
In the second half of the 19th century, the most important result of the 1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War and the 1897 Ottoman-Greek War, known as the Crimean War between the Ottoman Empire and Russia, and the 93 War, was the population mobilitiy. While many people lost their lives during these wars,most of them became immigrants. Many people from geoographies such as Balkan, Caucasus, Crimea and Crete, which are the are of influence of the mentioned wars, started to migrate to Ottoman lands. Due to the increase in the number of immigrants in the process, the state has set a formal settlement policy to take incoming immigrants under the best conditions and took various measures. Social, cultural and economic services were tried to be provided while establishing the immigration commissions primarily dealing with the immigration issue, and to resolve their problems during and after the settlements of the immigrants. In the context of these services, social, economic,education, etc. of immigrants. The needs of the fields have been tried to be eliminated and the problems that will be experienced in terms of their compatibility with the Ottoman society have been tried to be minimized. In this context, education and training, health, etc., which were made in order to ensure the harmony of these immigrants who took refuge in the Ottoman Empire in the second half of the 19th century. Institutional operation in the activities carried out in the fields,spatial, social,administrative etc. experienced during the operation. In the light of issues such as the problems experienced in the fields,the extent to which migrants can participate in these activities, the extent to which imigrants have adapted to the Ottoman society has been tried to be revealed.
