The explanation that attitude to money of employees in hotel businesses in terms of professionals ethics value

The goal of this study, examine the concept of professional ethics and seeing the reflection in the tourism sector. Another purpose of this study, researching the whether monetary phenomenon is effective over the professional ethics value or not.Descriptive research method used in the study. The aims in descriptive research is researching and presenting current status of a subject by defining the problem at hand, about the status of this problem, variables and relation between variables. 445 hotel employees in 19 five star hotel in Antalya were the sample of research. Questionnaire technique was used as a data collection technique. The questionnaire consisted of 3 parts, the first section was demographic variables. The second section was money attitude scale. The third section was professional ethics values scale.Some statical analysis made to data in the result of research. These analyses were frequecy analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, corelation analysis, t-tests and ANOVA tests. As a result of corelation analysis that, a high corelation were found to be a negative between attitude to money with professional ethics values of employees in the hotel businesses. In addition, as a result of the t-tests and ANOVA tests significant differences were found between age, type of education, level of education and income of employees in tourism businesses.Key Words: Ethics, Professional Ethics, Hotel Businesses, Tourism Ethics, Attitude To Money
