Wage administration in the hotels and a research five star hotels in Istanbul

ABSTRACT In this study "Wage Administration and Application in the Hotel Establishment" were taken as a basis in hospitality sector in service department and from the point of viev of wages administration was discussed hypothetically. In the first part, the wage besaides, economical, social and legal, environment all of view and assumption was scrutinised as historical devolopment in the wages theory. From the point of view motivation and saticfaction, wages phenomen was described. In the second part, after poiting out of wages administration and wages policy in the establishment it has been tried to make a focus on the conditions of the wages consideration to be born. In the third part, payment, the systems of pay and pay systems performed at hotels are told from different angle. In the fourth part, according to the information related to the previous chapters, data and findings about the questionraire given five-star hotels take place
