Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to systematically analyze academic articles published in refereed journals in the field of education technology for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) between 2010 and 2019 and entered the SSCI index. For this purpose; a total of 105 articles were reached which evaluate the performance of educational technologies on different skill areas of individuals with ASD and published in journals in the Web of Science index between 2010 and 2019. Among the articles reached, 17 articles that were not accessible and 27 articles that were not full text were excluded from the scope of the research, and the research was completed with 61 articles. Content analysis method was used as data analysis method and the data were analyzed in depth. The findings of the analysis are as follows; The most intensely studied years in education technologies are 2012 and 2018. In the studies, male sample group was preferred intensively and generally "1-3" sample size was used. "3-10" age range was preferredmainly. The single-subject research model was the most preferred research model among the studies. Independent variables, whose effectiveness was examined extensively in the studies, were "programs and applications" and the most preferred method was "training given through devices with computer features". The preferred learning environments were school environments frequently. The articles examined within the scope of the study generally focused on "social skills". When all the results obtained from the studies examined are combined, it is concluded that educational technologies and intervention methods performed in this direction are quite effective on individuals with ASD. Since it covers current academic publications, includes all academic publications published in the journals included in the SSCI directory between 2010-2019 and has a wide scope, this research differs from other studies in the literature.
