Abstract (EN)

In today's world, online voting technologies hold a significant place in terms of reliability and usage. These voting technology applications vary in terms of usage and security, and the algorithms they use for voting also differ. The methods used in these algorithms are being improved and their security is being enhanced day by day. In this thesis, we will investigate the usability of these applications. In the next stage, the obtained algorithms will be programmed in an appropriate coding language, and the numerical calculations of the algorithms will be presented. With advancements such as Secure Multiparty Computation (SMPC) and blockchain technology, electronic voting systems are becoming more secure and reliable. However, these technologies still face certain challenges and there are issues that need to be addressed. In this study, the SMPC technique was employed for vote counting in e-voting systems, and a novel algorithm was proposed for comparing the votes. The obtained results will be evaluated in terms of usability and speed.
